**About this role**

We're looking for a qualified Floor Manager to facilitate the delivery of internal and external brand experiences through the effective and efficient running of warehouse operations. This person will Strategically manage warehouse floor operations in compliance with company's policies and vision.

**What you'll do**
- Manage team activity in receiving, warehousing, distribution and QC operations
- Facilitate the accurate processing of daily inbound transfer orders from Showrooms, 3PL's and local suppliers into Auburn warehouse inventory systems
- Manage non-required item put-away into bin locations as required and ensure updates actioned into WMS (Netsuite)
- Co-Ordinate and plan daily labour teams to ensure all dispatch transfers are completed 72 hours in advance of dispatch
- Ensure item level QC procedures are maintained and staff are adequately trained in item assembly to prevent damages
- Manage urgent same day or next day required items and prioritise in staging lanes
- Ensure daily dispatch paperwork / WMS outputs matched to outbound run sheets by 12pm each day
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
