As a Studio Leader, you'll be at the forefront of creating meaningful, community-centred spaces. This role is multifaceted, from guiding design teams to supporting the company's growth. Assuming leadership of this up-and-coming studio, this will involve nurturing essential client connections while securing and expanding the project portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, inspire, and elevate the company culture
- Cultivate a high-performing studio that prioritises quality and lasting client/consultant relationships
- Demonstrate proactive team management, nurturing staff development through mentoring
- Implement project risk management practices
- Collaborate with Sector Leads to identify opportunities and drive business growth
**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring a team
- Strong business development capabilities
- Min. 10 years experience within the architectural industry
- Strong sector experience
- Architectural Registration is essential
- Working knowledge of Revit software
