BeActive Physio is a studio in Prahran, Melbourne, specialising in women's health. We're seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and confident Studio Coordinator to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive our membership and client growth.

Studio Coordinator – Prahran, Melbourne | 30+ hours per week or Full-time | Vibrant, supportive team

Join an industry-leading physiotherapy practice dedicated to empowering women to live active, healthy lives. We specialise in women's health—supporting women at every life stage with tailored physiotherapy, exercise, and wellness services.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership and customer service role, where you'll be the welcoming face of our community. You'll oversee daily operations, support our admin team and clinicians to deliver exceptional care, and help grow our membership base through outstanding client engagement and retention strategies.

  • 30 hours per week or full-time across 4–5 days
Key responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and support the team, including practitioners and front-of-house staff
  • Oversee and refine operational systems, policies, and procedures
  • Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and development
  • Support the Director with operational and strategic tasks
  • Work closely with clinicians to ensure seamless client care and a thriving caseload
  • Develop and implement initiatives to grow memberships and enhance client retention
  • Oversee payroll, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and financial admin
  • Coordinate and lead team meetings
  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day team and operational issues
About You
  • Highly motivated, people-centred, goal-oriented, and solutions-focused
  • Natural leader with strong emotional intelligence
  • Sees opportunities and implements improvements
  • Proven experience managing teams of 15+ people
  • Experience in health, wellness, or fitness industry highly regarded
  • Familiarity with MindBody and/or Xero preferred
  • Strong operational, communication, and time-management abilities
