Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through innovative sales tactics and effective member retention initiatives.
  • Lead the coaching team in providing top-notch training sessions that challenge and inspire members.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote the studio and its offerings.
  • Design and execute memorable events that bring the community together.
  • Stay focused on delivering exceptional member experiences through thoughtful gestures and genuine connections.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance the studio experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Group training experience (preferred) with relevant certifications and current First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
