**About the Role**:
John Holland is currently seeking a Safety & Training Administrator to provide an effective administration and data management service to our project team based in Canterbury, NSW. We'd love to hear from individuals who possess strong administration and data management experience in a similar role.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide administrative support to the safety team including maintaining accurate records on the safety system, audits and monitoring, meeting minutes and actions
- Compile data for safety initiatives and distribute actions and minutes as required
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reports
- Assist with onsite safety requirements such as SWMS, Toolbox Talks, Internal safety audits
- Organise test and tag on project sites
- Assist with coordinating safety initiatives such as Emergency Evacuations & First Aid training
- Manage all PPE requirements for personnel onsite
- Providing support to contractors
- Management and maintenance of Sign on machines
- Assist training requirements for project team
- Assist with competency checks
- Ensure safety paperwork is prepared and available for site team

**To be successful in this key role, you must have**:

- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- 1-2+ years Administration experience, previous experience within safety and/or Construction highly desirable
