**About the Company**

**TEN Recruitment** are excited to be recruiting an
**Underground Manager **to join an organically growing, ASX listed mining company with many opportunities for growth in their WA operations. The business offers high grade resources and modern infrastructure to facilitate future expansion.

**About the Role**

The Successful applicant will lead our underground operations teams and manage all underground activities to ensure budgets and forecasts are achieved safely and efficiently. This permanent position offers an 8/6 roster on a FIFO basis from Perth.

**Job Tasks/Responsibilities**
- Promote a competent, engaged, safety and performance driven underground workforce
- Develop a strong team, building accountability and capability in a culture of mutual respect
- Manage and direct underground mining activities
- Identify and implement changes to improve production, quality, safety and environmental performance
- Assume responsibility for safety, compliance and efficient operations of underground mining operations
- Strong and demonstrated proactive approach towards safety
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications i.e., Bachelor of Mining Engineering
- It is essential that you have 5+ years of underground mining experience and 3+ years in a previous management role.
- You must have a valid work visa, permanent residency or Australian citizenship
