Overview
Senior Manager, Customer Services at Hexagon Mining.
Location: Perth, Western Australia.
This newly created role reports to the Senior Vice President, Hexagon Mining APAC and sits on the APAC leadership team.
APAC includes Asia, Australia, and Oceania.
We are expanding.
As we broaden our digital tools, consulting services, training programs, and Smart Centre offerings, this role will define and deliver the customer success and services strategy, building on our existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities to partner with customers throughout their engagement lifecycle.
You will lead and mentor a multifunctional team across the region to foster a high-performing cross-functional culture and identify new revenue streams.
You will also define the customer services framework to support expanding services in alignment with key growth objectives and guide your team to achieve objectives while strengthening internal and external partnerships to deliver a customer-centric, consultative approach.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor multifunctional teams across the APAC region to foster a high-performing cross-functional team and identify new revenue streams.
Define the customer services framework to support expanding services in alignment with key growth objectives.
Guide, mentor, and lead the team to achieve key objectives and strengthen internal and external partnerships to deliver a customer-centric, consultative approach.
Define and deliver the customer success and services strategy, building on existing customer relations while identifying opportunities to partner and consult with customers throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior customer services manager or consulting leadership role, ideally within the mining, industrial, or digital solutions sectors.
Background delivering sales across both digital and/or hardware and sensor-based solutions.
Experience leading medium-sized teams through growth or organisational change.
Strong commercial/business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth through service innovation.
Ability to influence and build a collaborative culture cross-functionally with key stakeholders in the wider APAC region.
Experience driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation for customers, both internal and external.
Seasoned senior leader with a history of growth and change management, bringing operational, commercial, and people leadership capabilities to an expanding role.
