The Position: Reporting to the Senior Vice President Hexagon Mining APAC in a newly created role we are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Services to join our APAC leadership team. APAC is defined as Asia, Australia, Oceania, we are expanding

An integral position to our future growth, this role will provide a holistic focus and vision in how we partner with our customers as we expand our digital tools, consulting services, training programs and Smart Centre offerings. You will be responsible for defining and delivering the customer success & services strategy, building on our existing foundation customer relations, whilst identifying new opportunities for us to partner and consult with our customers through their customer engagement lifecycle.

In this role you will lead and mentor a multifunctional teams across the region, to foster a high-preforming cross functional team to identify new revenue streams. Furthermore, whilst defining the customer services framework to meet the expanding services in alignment with key growth objectives, your role will be to guide, mentor and lead your team in reaching key objectives and enhancing how we partner both internally and externally to deliver a customer centric consultative approach.

About You

This opportunity is looking for an experienced Senior Leader, who has established a successful career in leading teams through growth and change management, who will bring their demonstrated operational, commercial & people leadership capabilities into an expanding role.In addition, we are seeking the following attributes/skills;

• Proven experience in a senior customer services manager or consulting leadership role, ideally within the mining, industrial, or digital solutions
• sectors.
• Background working with companies' delivering sales across both digital and/or hardware & sensor-based solutions.
• Demonstrated experienced in medium sized team leadership, leading teams through growing business or organisational change.
• Strong commercial/business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth through service innovation.
• Ability to influence and build a collaborative culture cross functionally with key stakeholders in the wider APAC region
• Prior skills in driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation for customer both internal and external.
