Your role will see you leading, coaching and motivating the team to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards, ensuring every guest receives the best. Your leadership will set the tone for operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest experiences
Uphold food safety and quality standards
Support operational excellence and a positive work environment
Manage shifts and ensure smooth restaurant operations during the overnight period
Ensure compliance with relevant awards and regulatory requirements
Compensation and Benefits
An additional pay loading applies for shifts worked between 10 pm and 6 am, in line with the Fast Food Industry Award

Qualifications
Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
Track record of providing outstanding customer service
Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
