I-TeleRAD, a part of the I-MED Radiology group, offers 24/7 teleradiology reporting services to medical facilities all over Australia, including both private and public medical facilities such as hospitals. It's one of the largest and most advanced teleradiology reporting services in the country.

**What You'll Do**
- Manage and maintain accurate patient and staff lists.
- Compile and report nightly operational statistics.
- Monitor rosters and flag any urgent coverage gaps.
- Lead with flexibility-pivot and reprioritise as the shift demands.
**What You Bring**
- Experience in a medical admin or shift coordination role.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication and a proactive mindset.
- Confident with IT systems and detail-oriented.
