Overview

Overnight and Day time Shift Leader - Brunswick at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen. The Shift Leader will lead, coach and motivate the team to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards, ensuring every guest receives the best. Availability for overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM–6:00 AM) or weekday availability.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Uphold food safety and quality standards across all operations
  • Set the tone for operational excellence and a positive work environment
  • Support scheduling, training and ongoing development of team members
Qualifications
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A track record of providing outstanding customer service
  • Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
  • Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
