**The role**

No two days are the same, we install, maintain and put our skills to use in incredible gardens across school sites in Victoria. We are currently looking for our new Head of Grounds and Gardens to join a team of enthusiastic, positive and experienced members in a prestigious, independent school site in the Eastern Suburbs. You will liaise with the client and the rest of the Facilities team to manage the school grounds and gardens to an impeccable standard. Your ability to manage the Grounds team to ensure the gardens upkeep throughout is a priority in this role. This role would be based at a single location. **Do you have...**
- Strong work ethics, including the ability to work autonomously, or as part of a team.
- Experience in grounds and garden maintenance, preferably in a school environment.
- Good time management and excellent communication skills.
- An understanding of OH&S, EMS and QMS systems.
- Passion to deliver high-quality services.
- Ability to work under pressure, and an impressive eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage a team of qualified gardeners.

- Well-developed decision-making skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus on service delivery.
