**Job Overview**

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious independent school site in the Eastern Suburbs as our new Grounds and Gardens Manager. You will collaborate closely with the client and Facilities team to maintain the school grounds and gardens to an impeccable standard.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage a team of qualified gardeners to ensure the upkeep of the gardens throughout the year
- Work closely with the client and Facilities team to deliver high-quality services
- Develop and implement effective strategies for maintaining the grounds and gardens
- Ensure compliance with OH&S, EMS, and QMS systems
- Foster strong relationships with clients and business partners through consultative and professional approaches

**Requirements**

- Strong work ethics and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Experience in grounds and garden maintenance, preferably in a school environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
