The Job
If you are you creative, driven, and innovative with a taste for concocting new recipes for cocktails, mocktails, juices and smoothies, we want you to join us in bringing our Garden Bar to the next level.

We are looking for someone who will thrive off a busy environment, work autonomously and passionately during service as well as work collaboratively with your peers and managers, dazzling them with your unrivalled creativity behind the bar. You will embrace the opportunity to work in venue remaining hands on and customer facing. Andits days only

Can you ?
- Recommend products, complimenting flavours and memorise our menus to make recommendations to customers
- Draw upon your creative skills to introduce new recipes for our menus, keeping up to date with offerings that are in line with our current installations and events Support your colleagues, working behind the bar, inspiring your team-mates and serving customers with a smile
- Multi-task and prioritise, ensuring timely service, continual availability of stock through effective ordering and stock management and effective communication
- Have a strong work ethic and passion for all bar work from creating to cleaning
- Proven ability in building effective relationships with all staff to create a united team

You will need
- 2+ years previous experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Experience working creatively with soft drinks, juices and assorted fun ingredients
- An energetic temperament coupled with approachability
- Full working rights to work in Australia
- RSA Availability weekends and public holidays
