**FIFO Site Administrator**
- 15 days on 6 days off roster
- 12 hour days
- Laverton location

Cater Care Services seeks to appoint an engaging hospitality professional to a permanent Site Administrator role at our remote mining village in Laverton

**What this role involves**:

- Meeting guests and residents on arrival
- Reservations - completing all check in/ check out procedures
- Answering and directing telephone enquiries
- Assisting with guest and resident queries
- Data entry
- Account Reconciliations/ Invoices/ Banking
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- General Office duties
- Assist the utility team in housekeeping and kitchen when required

**What we require from you**:

- Previous administration and or utility experience
- Accommodation reservations systems experience (INX Inflight)
- Current Australian drivers license
- National police clearance within 6 months - or willing to obtain
- Stable & progressive employment within a remote environment
- Well developed computer literacy
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, high attention to detail & organisation skills
- Commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
- Professional 'can-do' attitude
