KW Projex is looking for Supervisors to lead site teams on projects across WA

KW Projex Labour Hire Pty Ltd is a Western Australian-based labour hire company delivering reliable, skilled workforce solutions across the Pilbara and broader WA region. We are committed to safety, performance, and building strong partnerships that support project success across the resources, construction, and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and coordinate site teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes
  • Oversee daily operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with company, client, and legislative standards
  • Support planning, scheduling, and reporting activities on site
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the workforce
  • Monitor site performance and provide guidance to resolve operational challenges
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring site procedures and systems

The person we're looking for:

  • FIFO ex Perth 8/6 roster
  • Rio Tinto inducted (preferred)
  • Previous exposure to Rio Tinto systems (highly regarded)
  • Experience supervising civil earthworks projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Ability to motivate and manage site teams to achieve project objectives
