**Description**:
Job Summary

Martinus are seeking an Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support the Project Management Office on the upcoming A2P - Inland Rail Project.

The role will cover day-to-day management of the office and provide Executive Assistant support to the Project Director, based in North Sydney.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Welcome office visitors and new starters, assisting with access, initial set up and inductions
- Work closely with other departments including HR, IT and Facilities Management
- Plan, organise and coordinate meetings, events and schedules
- Maintain office supplies, equipment and inventory
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors as necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, redirecting as appropriate
- Maintain accurate records, including filing paperwork and managing databases
- Assist with accounts management, invoicing, expense tracking and credit card reconciliations
- Provide Executive Assistant support to Project Director including diary management, scheduling appointments and travel arrangements
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as they arise, providing general support to project team

**Skills and Experiences**:
Experience
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in rail, construction or a related industry
- High level of organisation, ability to prioritise and strong time management skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
