**The Team & Role**:
We're looking for someone to join the **Commercial** team as our new **Go-to-Market Manager**. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role is critical in Redbubble's growth ambition, being responsible for execution of go-to-market plans across the physical product life cycle, such as new product launches and range updates.
**What you'll do**:
- Managing individual physical product lifecycle changes.
- Developing flexible and scalable go-to-market playbooks for the physical product assortment, ensuring operational excellence across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Own and project manage the end-to-end cross-functional process(es) for updating the physical product assortment on the marketplace including optimisation to reduce time to market for assortment updates.
- Holistically managing the overall go-to-market calendar for all launches and updates.
- Responsible for the successful execution of the go-to-market calendar ("on time and on budget").
- Making prioritisation/trade-off decisions while escalating as appropriate.
- Clear communication with stakeholders and senior leadership on the status, progress, risks of go-to-market activities.
- Partner with multiple, cross-functional, teams such as Merchandising, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Marketing, and senior leaders to define and execute against strategic initiatives.
- Planning and overseeing organisation change, such as the implementation of new systems/processes.
**What you'll bring**:
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in project or programme management, or in a go-to-market role, in an e-commerce, retail or consumer goods environment.
- Strong project management capability
- The ability to translate strategy and projects into practical terms/steps for others.
- The ability to remove roadblocks.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deconstruct complex issues/processes.
- A desire to coach and support others and see them succeed, coupled with the ability to get the best out of cross functional teams.
- Confident communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence others.
- Reporting proficiency and ability to create presentations for senior leaders and the Executive team.
