The Role
As a dedicated and versatile professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to bring new initiatives, products, and experiences to market.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Digital, to create and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and refine the go-to-market framework and toolkit based on in-market insights, ensuring a consistent approach across all product launches.
- Contribute to the quarterly business plan that sets the direction for commercial and strategic initiatives.
- Work with Marketing, Digital, and customer-facing channels to develop and integrate new customer value propositions.
- Ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of go-to-market plans to meet key business objectives.
- Manage key go-to-market elements, such as offers calendars, to optimize effectiveness and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in commercial roles across marketing, change management, product, or channels.
- Experience in the Australian healthcare legislative and regulatory environment.
- Product and strategy experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Understanding of data assets.
- Working knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance obligations.
