As a Client Services Executive at Xe, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to provide them with the best possible currency exchange and international payment services. At Xe, we value our customers above all else, and as a Client Services Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring that every client receives excellent service and that their needs are met. **Responsibilities**:

- Advise clients on the best currency exchange and international payment services for their needs
- Provide excellent customer service by answering client queries and investigating and resolving any issues that arise
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction with Xe's services
- Process client transactions accurately and efficiently
- Identify opportunities to upsell Xe's services and increase revenue
- Support the sales team by providing market insights and industry expertise
- Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of foreign currencies and international payments preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems is a plus
