Our Human Capital practice focuses on providing Consulting and Advisory services to our valued corporate clients within Safety, Accident & Health, Life, Workers' Compensation, Private Health Insurance, Wealth, and Human Capital Solutions.
We are looking for a Client Executive to join our Workers' Compensation business and support growth within NSW and nationally.
This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely and from our Sydney office.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the execution of our national Workplace Risk strategy
Managing risk state policy renewals
Utilizing data and analytics tools for workers' compensation analysis
Engaging with clients through onsite and face-to-face meetings
Providing consultancy on workers' compensation issues
Identifying revenue growth opportunities
Collaborating with insurer partners to reduce claims severity and frequency
Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including insurers, regulators, and brokers
Qualifications and skills:
Strong knowledge of the workers' compensation market, including underwriting and policy registration
Ability to interpret legislation and provide clear advice
Experience managing a client portfolio or demonstrating consultancy skills
Interest in data analytics; intermediate Excel skills preferred
Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills
Collaborative, innovative mindset with a proactive attitude
