
Product Manager, Crm Data Integration

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who will lead CRM data integration projects to create the best CRM Integration service for our clients and generate revenue for the business. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify their needs and with stakeholders across the globe in order deliver business objectives and client requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead CRM Data integration, cleansing and enrichment projects leveraging from proven expertise
- Translate business strategy into actionable product strategy, managing the product roadmap with data-backed vision
- Establish, own and manage the product roadmap and vision. Create buy-in across the business for this vision. Use a data driven approach to justify the vision.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and ensure this is aligned across the business.
- Work closely with engineering teams and participate in scrum and sprint planning meetings.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Scope business requirements and create prototypes and wireframes.
- Manage all aspects of in-life products including customer feedback, requirements, issues and optimisation
Qualifications:
- With around 7-10 years of experience in product management, business analysis/project management and database integration
- Experience in CRM Integration with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or a similar platform
- Has sound understanding of databases, data management and data integration
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of or experience with the software development lifecycle and web technologies
- Strong problem solving skills and data driven
- Strong collaborative skills and highly empathetic
- Experience from a Financial Services, Information/Data Services, Banking, or a similar organization is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
