About the Role

Are you a proactive and dynamic leader with a passion for enhancing and delivering exceptional service within the retail property industry? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Integrated Service Manager ('ISM') to manage and enhance the delivery of our services at a high-profile Shopping Centre located in the Inner West of Sydney.

In this role, you will lead the Security, Cleaning and Maintenance teams with the daily operations of the shopping centre.

Fostering a collaboration and strategic decision-making capacity is critical to this role, the ISM will work across all teams to ensure consistent delivery of all aspects of the contract.  We need a forward thinking, motivated, cross functional leader with experience and knowledge of security, cleaning, maintenance, property management and operations. This role provides the opportunity for the right individual to:

  • Lead, support and motivate the site service teams in the delivery of excellence for the client, customers, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements in service delivery.
  • Be a strong support for the onsite operations teams.
  • Vibrant, spirited and a real go getter.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Driving and Delivering excellence in our service delivery and supporting our team leaders to achieve their targets.
  • Managing client, customer, internal and external relationships
  • Oversee recruitment and support new team member onboarding.
  • Support staff with training and the growth of knowledge and skills.
  • Develop employee performance, reward and recognise achievements.
  • Supervise and provide direction and compliance with industry standards, standard operating procedures, company and business policy and procedures.
  • Clear and concise reporting to the property management team.
  • Contractor management and operations support.
  • Emergency, incident, safety management. Safety First, always.

You will also have:

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Relevant experience in Guest Related Services.
  • Proven experience managing Security, Cleaning, and Maintenance professionals.
  • Ability to lead, encourage and motivate.
  • Minimum two (2) years experience in a supervisor, manager capacity or similar role.
  • Proficient report writing, analysis and presentation skills
  • Basic rostering and timesheet administration skills
  • Demonstrated professional communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Understanding of operational functions within the shopping centre industry.
  • Certificate II in Security Operations (CPP20218) and current Security Licence NSW, Class A, C.
  • Current First Aid Licence.
  • Police check within the last 3 months.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Introductory Excel course.
  • Introductory Microsoft Office Suite course.
  • Certificate III Security Operations.
  • Certificate IV of Frontline Management or similar.
  • Experience and understanding in Emergency Management.
  • Understanding of Risk Management.
  • Understanding of Contractors and Contractor management.
