Fantastic opportunity now available for a motivated and customer service focussed Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join a highly regarded and well established boutique Melbourne Law Firm.
As a motivated and pro-active individual you'll enjoy a varied role including front desk reception, administrative assistance to Lawyers and assisting the Accounts Clerk.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- meet and greet clients
- answer and screen incoming calls
- assist Accounts Clerk with basic accounts payable & receivable
- mail collection and distribution
- book couriers and receive incoming deliveries
- maintain the kitchen area
- open new files
- word processing of documents
- assist team members with general administrative tasks including scanning, photocopying, printing and filing
To secure this exciting opportunity you will have previous experience in a similar role in a professional services environment together with;
- well-developed time management skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- a positive, pro-active and flexible team attitude
- proficient skills in MS Office
- a friendly, approachable and obliging manner
