We are looking for an experienced and professional hotelier who has had previous experience working in Hotels & Resorts.Who We AreArise Hotels & Apartments manages approximately 3,000 self-contained and contemporary strata titled apartments.

We are a dynamic team, positive and committed to achieving new heights in the industry.ResponsibilitiesProvide high quality customer service to our guests and residences during their stay.Provide timely and effective email and phone management, including answering inquiries from future and in-house guests.Check in and check out arriving and departing guests; this role is essential for the smooth day-to-day running of the operation and the guest experience.Face challenging situations that call upon your problem solving skills and ability to be flexible and agile on the fly, while maintaining the integrity and reputation of our brand.QualificationsMinimum of 1 year's experience in the same or similar rolePrevious experience using RMS9 and Cloud Hospitality Software is an advantageStrong ability to use basic Microsoft Office systemsThe ability to problem solveThe ability to be resourceful and self-sufficientCan anticipate needs, be agile and flexible to ensure deadlines are metStrong customer services skillsEffective and efficient time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on detailBenefitsCareer progressionImmediate startA growing company with ongoing career opportunitiesCentral working location close to public transportModern workplaces with higher end productDetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: TemporaryJob function: OtherIndustries: Hospitality
