Regional Group are currently seeking experienced Casual Concrete Agitator Drivers to join our team at our Mobile Project site at Uungula, Wellington, NSW.Responsibilities:The timely delivery of Pre-mixed Concrete ProductsLead and drive OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery pointCommitment to RGA Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behavioursDevelop effective working relationships with our customers and to lead and influence personal drive and results.Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for the safe operation of the vehicleEnsure the vehicle is keep clean (internal and external)Responsible for a productive team environment where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.Safe operation of Agitator trucks whilst loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sitesBasic maintenance tasks as requiredGeneral yard and plant housekeepingPerform other functions as may be requested.Current HR driver's licenseConstruction White CardPrevious experience in a similar role preferable but not essentialFull working rights within AustraliaAbility to pass medicals and inductions as requested and required3/1 RosterAccommodation SuppliedGuaranteed minimum hoursDaily Project AllowanceBenefits and Perks:An opportunity to make an impact with a growing and forward-thinking ASX company.A competitive rate reflective of your skills and experience.We offer an exciting Employee Benefits Platform that provides access to a range of exclusive discounts on banking, retail and healthcare, as well as novated leasing options.Access to a comprehensive health and wellbeing program.We recognise and reward employees through our monthly Value Awards Program.Continued Professional Development and training.Opportunities for professional growth within Maas and the broader Group.
