What are we looking for?

We have a great opportunity for a positive, energetic and highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our Public Liability team in our Ashfield office. This is a permanent full-time role.
- Working 1:1 for an experienced Senior Associate in our public liability team, your energy and enthusiasm will be integral in achieving successful outcomes for clients as well as your positive approach to work.Your daily responsibilities in this role will include (but not be limited to):
- Liaising with medical professionals and other lawyers;
- Communicating with clients on a daily basis with sensitivity and empathy;
- Extensive diary management;
- Generating & editing correspondence;
- Preparing briefs to counsel;
- Producing and filing various court documents;
- All other administrative tasks.

What will you bring?- Previous experience in a personal injury legal support preferred but not essential;
- Organised and proactive with a high attention to detail;
- Ability to confidently multi-task and prioritise;
- A willingness and motivation to learn and develop in legal administration;
- A genuine passion to work in a Plaintiff Law environment;
- Ability to work well with others and a keen willingness to learn;
- Are independently motivated and can show initiative;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
