We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated legal professional to join our Public Liability team in Sydney.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced senior associates to achieve successful outcomes for clients, providing exceptional support and expertise in personal injury law.
About the Role:
- Liaise with medical professionals and other lawyers to facilitate effective case management
- Communicate with clients on a daily basis with sensitivity and empathy, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Manage diaries and generate correspondence, maintaining accurate records and deadlines
- Prepare briefs to counsel and produce court documents, demonstrating attention to detail and analytical skills
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, to maintain a high level of productivity
Requirements:
- Prior experience in personal injury legal support is preferred but not essential; however, strong organizational and time management skills are crucial
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and develop in legal administration, embracing new challenges and opportunities
- Passion for working in a Plaintiff Law environment, driven by a desire to make a positive impact
- Ability to work well with others, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike
