**EL1 - Assistant Director, Relationships**:

- Do you have experience in service delivery, service design and/ or stakeholder engagement?

- Provide service design, business development and stakeholder management engagement activities

The National Library of Australia is seeking to fill an ongoing leadership role as **Assistant Director, Relationships (EL1)** in the Collaboration Branch.

As the Assistant Director, Relationships you will be required to undertake work that is complex in nature to support and deliver strategic initiatives of the Strategy & Transformation section.

You will provide strategic advice, analysis and recommendations related to service design, business development and stakeholder engagement activities across multiple services delivered in the branch.

The role is responsible for facilitating strategic stakeholder engagement and management activities across a range of initiatives. This includes:

- Leading and contributing to workshops, working groups and consultations
- Providing analytical input into service design and business models.
- Collaborating with sections across the branch and the broader library to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder analysis, engagement and management with both internal and external stakeholders.
