**The Opportunity**

We're looking for a **Telephone Debt Collection Specialist** to join our supportive, team-focused environment. In this role, you'll be the vital link in helping customers resolve their accounts with professionalism, empathy, and effective negotiation skills.
We're also seeking someone with the potential to step into a **2IC (Second-in-Charge)** position, supporting leadership and helping drive team performance as the business continues to grow.

**What You'll Do**
- Handle customer calls with empathy, patience, and professionalism to reach fair solutions
- Negotiate payment arrangements to resolve outstanding accounts
- Manage high-pressure situations with quick thinking and adaptability
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed team targets

**What We're Looking For**
We need someone reliable, committed, and ready to make a long-term impact. To be eligible, you must:

- Work **a minimum of 4 shifts per week** (we're closed on weekends and public holidays)
- Be available for **at least 30 hours per week** - preference given to those who can work more
- **Finish at 5:00pm Monday to Friday - no exceptions**:

- Start at **8:30am Monday to Friday** when required
- Work **every Monday** (minimum 5 hours) and **every Friday until 5:00pm** (minimum 5 hours)
- Commit to at least **18 months in the role** - or longer
- Work **on-site** at 3/45 Fourth Avenue, Blacktown
