Job Title: Telephone Debt Collector

This position involves resolving customer accounts in a supportive and team-driven environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring the timely payment of debts.

About The Role

We are seeking an individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service. You must be able to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.

  • You will interact with customers via telephone to resolve outstanding debts.
  • Manage emotional and challenging situations with quick thinking and adaptability.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet team goals.
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers to resolve debts.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal communication skills, and fluency in languages other than English (highly advantageous).

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must be available to work at least 4 shifts per week, commit to at least 18 months in this role, and have a positive can-do attitude.
