The Opportunity
The role
We are on the lookout for a Workplace Relations Advisor to join our People, Culture and Sustainability team in this
permanent part time role (0.8 FTE).
This role sits within a supportive, dynamic team and will provide strategic, expert advice across a wide range of workplace and industrial relations matters including:
employee conduct
policy development
organisational change
employment contracts
acquisitions and divestments
case management
internal employee investigations
legislative and award interpretation
enterprise bargaining
WR representational work at external tribunals including the Fair Work Commission and discrimination tribunals
This is a role with variety, pace, and impact — you'll work across the business, solving complex problems and influencing outcomes that matter. We value fresh thinking, adaptability, and a willingness to challenge traditional approaches.

We're looking for someone who has:
Strong experience in IR/WR within a large organisation
Practical, open-minded approach to complex issues
Familiarity with the Fair Work Act and modern awards
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
