Known for high end design across Multi Res and High Net Worth residences, the studio has a solid pipeline of national and international work.Recently expanding with a Construction Arm and a Development arm, this business is now an integrated model for Development, Design and Construction with teams in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
The founder is aiming to step away from being hands on design and client facing, thus creating the opportunity for a Senior Design Leader to take over client management, design direction and design management of this high end residence portfolio.
Projects range from 10-80ML value, and thus requires a Design talent who is known for High End Residential design, exemplary client management expertise, driving design and managing projects to timeframes.
International travel may be required to the Middle East and Asia.
This individual ideally will be in the Brisbane market, with a well respected reputation, and a portfolio of designed and delivered residential portfolio.
The ability to lead high net wealth clients through the journey of design and delivery is required.
International experience will be welcomed working on similar typology.
Australian Working Rights must be proven.Ideal Skillset:20 years experienceRegistered Architect in Qld idealHigh End Residential including Residence forteHigh level of EQ, Client Management finessePolished Presentation abilityResponsibilitiesLead client management, design direction and design management of a high end residential portfolio.Collaborate with the Construction and Development arms to ensure integration of development, design and construction processes.Drive design quality, manage projects to agreed timeframes and meet client expectations.Engage with international travel as required and manage relationships with high net worth clients.Travel and RightsInternational travel may be required to the Middle East and Asia.
