Expert Workday Consultant

Key Position: Expert Workday Consultant
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex intersystem problems on Workday. They will guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) project.
Core Responsibilities:
Become an expert in Workday Time Tracking and Scheduling product with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
Recommend the best solution based on client's requirements, timeframe, and flexibility to adapt scope as additional needs arise.
Guide customers through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions using best practices and understanding of unique business requirements at all stages.
Regularly engage and support clients throughout project phases for smooth transition.
As a seasoned Workday consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of Workday systems, analyzing business requirements, and developing effective solutions. Your expertise will play a vital role in driving business success and improving operational efficiency.
