Seeking an expert professional to lead Workday HCM product deployments, focusing on Compensation and/or Absence expertise. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure seamless transition from legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become proficient in Workday HCM design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Take a lead role on HCM projects, working closely with integration teams to configure and test integrations between Workday solution and client's selected payroll and benefits providers.
  • Leverage technical knowledge to recommend the best solution based on client requirements and timeframe.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions, utilizing best practices and understanding of unique business requirements.
  • Regularly engage and support clients throughout all phases of the project, ensuring smooth transfer to Workday HCM solution.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, keeping clients and project teams informed of changes or progress.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM software, including iLoading customer data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
  • Strong technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates via iLoads.
  • Able to take leadership positions on projects, work alongside integration teams, and mentor fellow consultants and analysts.
