The
_ one Digital Innovation Program_ (oDIP) is a newly created department servicing
_The Women's_ and
_The Royal Melbourne Hospital_. Formulated through the partnering of the
_Information Management and Technology Directorate_ at The Women's and the
_ The one Digital Innovation Program_ will deliver on new digital advancements, efficiencies and explore opportunities around collaboration and consolidation of digital platforms. Our digital tools have enabled our health services to stay connected during the pandemic, supporting an exponential growth in virtual health, workplace flexibility and consumer demand in supplying alternate models for access to care.
- The Women's_ will be responsible for the employees and the service provision of the_ one Digital Innovation Program_. The_ one Digital Innovation Program_ will be accountable to _The Women's_ and _The Royal Melbourne Hospital_ as equal partners which will be formulated within a collaboration agreement.
One of the deliverables within the _one Digital Innovation Program_ is the _HRIS Systems Program_. This program comprises of several inter-related projects, with the key projects being HRIS, Payroll and Rostering.
The _HRIS Project_ will be a joint implementation between _The Women's_ and _The Royal Melbourne Hospital_, and the _Rostering Project_ will be a joint implementation between _The Women's_, _The Royal Melbourne Hospital_ and _Western Health_. Please note that the implementation processes across these health services will be managed together at a program level, however, the system implementations will be separate instances for each health service.
**The Position**
- We are seeking a
- _Change Lead _who will be responsible for assisting in the development of, implementation and management of organisational change and communications across the HRIS Systems Program from implementation planning through to transition to business as usual (BAU), for
- _The Women's Hospital_.
- This
- _Change Lead _will work closely with the Program Change Manager, other change managers/leads and team members within the program and at other health services, and vice-versa.
