About You:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager with:
Leadership experience to effectively lead and develop the customer service team.
Knowledge of hoses and fittings is highly desirable but not essential.
Experience with Pronto software is desirable.
Strong reporting skills, especially in Excel.
A passion for delivering impeccable customer service every time.
Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
