About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Civil Engineer. You will have the chance to lead and deliver current civil engineering projects from inception through to construction, working in a varied role with leadership responsibilities.
You will be responsible for managing ongoing communication and professional relationships with clients, delegating tasks to junior engineers, and partnering with internal stakeholders and a national team in a multidisciplinary setting.
Work on iconic infrastructure projects
Manage ongoing client relationships and ensure effective communication
Lead and deliver civil engineering projects from conception to completion
Delegate tasks to junior engineers and supervise their work
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and a national team in a diverse engineering environment
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
Proven experience in Australian civil engineering projects in a consulting environment
Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects across different sectors
Strong project management skills and excellent client relationship management
Good knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes (AS/NZS 3500, NCC etc.)
Proficiency in software such as 12D and Civil 3D (desired but not essential)
Experience with drainage software (preferred)
