Job Opportunity

A civil contractor is seeking a skilled project manager and engineer to oversee their own work on various civil projects, including roads, subdivisions, earthworks, and bridge works.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in complex civil infrastructure projects with an emphasis on earthworks, subdivisions, roads, rail, and water projects.

This is a rare opportunity for engineers with previous experience working on general infrastructure projects worth over $2m in value.

Duties and Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience working on major earthworks and water projects or heavy civil projects
  • Strong leadership skills and high level of organisation
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a team
  • Exceptional understanding of health and safety policies and ability to think quickly in challenging situations
