Job Description
As a commercially-minded legal professional, you will play a key role in supporting our global growth by building scalable legal systems and processes.
You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing ROLLER's legal precedent library, including MSAs, Master Terms, SaaS Order Forms, NDAs, and partner agreements. You will ensure that contracts are aligned with our risk profile and go-to-market strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
Drafting and negotiating complex B2B SaaS agreements
Managing ROLLER's legal precedent library and ensuring scalability and ease of use
Partnering with Product to ensure ROLLER's features and practices meet data, consumer, financial services, and competition laws
Collaborating with InfoSec on privacy, security, and open-source compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced lawyer who has demonstrated interest in building legal systems, particularly the application of AI to legal workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Key qualifications include:
Admitted to practice law in Australia, the U.S., or the UK
7+ years of legal experience, including negotiation and drafting of complex B2B SaaS agreements
Working knowledge of global data privacy regimes (GDPR, CCPA), financial services compliance, and technology regulation
Experience managing external counsel and delivering to executive stakeholders
