Overview Senior Legal Counsel on a 6-month daily rate contract (potential to extend).
Open to Sydney or Melbourne.
Responsibilities Providing legal support across technology contracting and enterprise sales Leading and negotiating commercial agreements (buy and sell side) with a focus on pragmatic outcomes Acting as a safe pair of hands during parental leave cover, supporting colleagues and maintaining business continuity Advising on a broad range of legal issues including compliance, IP, employment and M&A Partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver commercial, solution-focused advice Qualifications Qualified lawyer with strong experience in technology contracting Comfortable in a fast-moving environment Able to adapt quickly to a wide variety of legal projects Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills Collaborative and able to work autonomously with senior stakeholders Employment details Location: Sydney or Melbourne Start: October 2025 Employment type: Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential to extend Daily rate contract #J-18808-Ljbffr
