APG Workforce are currently seeking an experience Talent Acquisition Specialist for a local Campbelltown Council for an immediate start

**The Role**:

- Normal office hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
- Some WFH and flexible options on offer
- The role will be a temporary, full time (35hrs/week) for a period of 6 - 12 months
- $80k + Super

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and recruitment needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to guide and coach in recruitment practices and skills.
- Manage employment contracts and commencement of induction program in collaboration with the Human Resources Recruitment and Business Officer.
- Ensure compliance with organisational processes and standards in relation to all corporate systems and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant corporate software.
- Exposure to recruitment platforms such as Taleo, Ezijob etc.
- Substantial experience in either an agency or in-house recruitment role.
- Have excellent writing skills for the preparation of advertisements and position descriptions with a high attention to detail.
- High level interpersonal and oral communication skills to build strong relationships ensuring stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Excellent time management, organisational and problem solving skills.
- High level customer focussed approach delivery exceptional outcomes.
- Experience working to and meeting demanding targets and deadlines within recruitment campaigns in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and diplomacy at all times
