Exceptional opportunity for a talented, motivated and experienced Legal Assistant to work close to home in a well established and thriving boutique Family Law Firm located in Hawthorn East.

In this role you will primarily be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Principal to ensure their busy day runs smoothly.

**Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;**
- arrange appointments and coordinating meetings
- prepare legal documents and draft general correspondence
- open/close files and file management
- assist other Fee Earners when required
- assist with preparation of court documents
- liaise with clients, Barristers and other related parties

**Skills and experience we'd love;**
- previous experience as a Legal Assistant in a Law firm
- proficient MS Word and typing skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- the ability to meet deadlines
- a friendly and pro-active team attitude
