**Role Summary**:
Consulting roles are exciting and challenging - our customer base ranges across all tier 1 industries and sizes. Engagements vary in length from days to months to years. To be successful in this role, you must present excellent communication skills to work with client stakeholders, client teams. You should expect to engage with various clients from commercial to enterprise and have the ability to switch context and customers easily.

You must be a creative thinker, detail-oriented, and technically savvy able to process information quickly. You will be proactive and pragmatic, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, while matched with exceptional verbal and written communication.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Leveraging Business Consulting Practice methodologies and consulting intellectual property to achieve business objectives.
- Drive high-level specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders.
- Preparing and running functional and technical design workshops, including creating design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements.
- Ensuring process-related deliverables to customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes.
- Ownership for completing, developing, and improving required documentation such as process flow diagrams, solutions design, as-built documentation, roles/responsibilities, workshop agendas, presentations, and gap analysis reports.
- Drive continuous process improvement practices while identifying areas of process and recommended solutions that detail pros, cons and risks.
- Organising and executing test cycles, developing test scripts and automated tests.
- Documenting user stories with acute attention to detail, reviewing with stakeholders, gaining acceptance criteria and managing stories throughout the development lifecycle with local and remote teams.
- Support the sales process by leveraging experience and business insights to help the customer understand the value that Enable provides through its consulting solutions.
- Assisting in uplifting consultant capability through mentoring, feedback and support of peers in new activities and product understanding.

**Skills Matrix**:

- Experience in process consulting, definition and deployment of process improvement and systems analysis on ServiceNow HRSD platform (nice to have) or any other HR Technology integration platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems.
- Solid experience in requirements gathering, including experience in creating process documentation, solution designs and detailed requirements.
- Experience implementing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Domain expertise in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Asset Management, HR Service Delivery and Performance
- Strong analytical skills to quickly recognize issues and opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.

**Qualifications & Certifications**:

- IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science
- ServiceNow CSA, CIS ITSM + 1 other product CIS
- ITIL Foundation Certified
