**The Company**:
We are representing a client who is at the forefront of their industry. Their operations span from manufacturing to infrastructure projects, delivering the highest quality products and services to their customers. They have offices and employees across Australia, New Zealand, and South Pacific, all comprise of highly engaging and customer-focused teams.

**The Role**:
You will draw on your technical and commercial acumen to manage the expectations of business units. You will lead, motivate, and influence the delivery and tech operations team and identify areas of improvement around delivering to meet business needs. This role is not delivery-focused, but rather engagement and relationship-motivated.

This role would suit someone with a business mindset who wants the best outcome for the business without the added stress of direct line management responsibilities, as resource management is not required.

**What you'll need for success**:

- Strong demonstrable leadership experience within large-scale or multi-business unit environments or consultancy environments
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise-wide strategies
- Previous experience successfully leading change programs
- Previous experience carrying out technological change and transformation.
- Experience with the delivery of digital products and services and how these enable business outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence across the organisation and senior leadership.
