
HR Technology Specialist

The Workday Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to join our HR Technology team and play a vital part in shaping the organization's human capital management strategy.
As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing Workday's capabilities to drive business success. Your primary focus will be on solution consulting, process improvement, and stakeholder partnerships.
In this role, you will:
- Provide end-to-end solution consulting in the Workday Payroll module, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
- Assess current state processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes aligned with our change control and data governance processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to inform Workday platform strategy and architecture.
- Collaborate with HR Technology and I&T teams to design, test, and deploy system changes, ensuring user satisfaction and system stability.
- Manage Tier 3 cases, including proactive assessment and resolution of break-fix issues, and analyze trends to enhance system performance.
- Drive routine activities and projects, including EIB preparation and loading, and maintain global payroll schedules.
- Provide backup support for Workday Absence and Kronos as needed.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of Workday Configuration/Admin experience.
- 3+ years of HRIS experience.
- Proven expertise in configuring and optimizing Workday's Absence module.
- In-depth knowledge of HR workflows and payroll regulation best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of analyzing, creating, and communicating effective solutions.
- Self-directed and able to manage changing priorities and expectations to align with business objectives.
