**About the role**
To support our success we are looking for a Quality & Compliance Specialist to join the Member Services team based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
As a Quality & Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advice and support to the Member Services Leadership Team to ensure that appropriate management practices, frameworks, tools and systems are in place to enable the ongoing measurement, management and improvement of Member Services risk controls, quality and compliance. You will also provide expertise and guidance to develop the current and future people capability and culture of the business unit to enable consistent and high-quality control outcomes for our business and our members within regulatory and risk constraints.
Working closely with stakeholders within and across the business, you will ensure all capability impacts of regulatory change requirements are identified, scoped and understood to enable successful transition into the business with achievement of desired outcomes.
**This role is available as a permanent/ full-time opportunity.**
We are **flexible** with location provided you can attend the Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office at least once a week.
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
- Demonstrated experience in quality and competency frameworks and measurement systems, including training strategy, development and management of operational risk.
- Proven ability to identify, manage and address risks and issues, including change resistance with the potential to impact the successful implementation of quality outcomes.
- Knowledge and understanding of the drivers, legislation and market trends within the superannuation and/or insurance industries.
- Demonstrated business and commercial acumen through communication of complex issues, assessment of risk and improvement recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience developing strong internal and stakeholder relationships.
- Highly developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including the ability to solve complex business issues and deliver successful solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and present reports, submission, policy and briefing papers as required.
