About the Role
">This position involves leading the development and implementation of quality and compliance systems, providing advice and support for key frameworks in risk, quality, and compliance.
">- Maintaining and reviewing quality risk and compliance management systems to ensure policies, supporting documentation and operational processes reflect legislative compliance requirements.">
- Researching, interpreting and providing advice on relevant legislative and accreditation requirements.">
- Mapping documentation to standards for accreditation/licensing, coordinating the support and training of document management processes.">
- Coordinating data requirements relating to audit findings and reviews; developing best practice auditing tools, associated quality checks and reporting requirements.">
About You
">You will be someone who has a strong working knowledge of legislation and regulatory frameworks. As someone who thrives on making a real difference and implementing compliance and change, you have a keen eye for detail.
">Being a deadline-focused individual, you can think on your feet and deliver results with ease. You have experience interpreting complex legislation and governmental guidelines, communicating these to relevant stakeholders.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- A degree in Quality Management or a related discipline, and/or equivalent experience.">
- Experience writing documents in a formal setting, including writing policies, procedures, work instructions, guides, and other formal documentation.">
- Knowledge of legislative, compliance requirements, regulatory frameworks and requirements for quality standards and continuous improvements.">
- 5 years quality, compliance accreditation and/or licensing experience.">
