Job Opportunity: Quality and Compliance Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires an individual with excellent quality management skills to oversee the implementation of best-practice quality systems across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, accreditation standards, and risk management principles. They will be able to lead coordination efforts, conduct internal audits, and provide guidance to site teams on compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support site teams in understanding and implementing regulatory requirements
  • To lead the coordination of all accreditations and external audits
  • To maintain accurate risk registers and ensure sites comply with report recommendations
  • To conduct internal auditing and provide feedback to site managers
  • To build strong relationships with site managers and teams

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Quality Auditing or significant experience in a Quality role
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and accreditation standards
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
