Quality & Compliance Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality & Compliance Advisor to join our Member Services team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our quality and compliance practices are aligned with industry standards and best practices.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality and compliance frameworks, with experience in identifying and mitigating risks. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to the Member Services Leadership Team to ensure that our business operations are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality and compliance strategies to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the Member Services Leadership Team on quality and compliance matters.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in quality and compliance frameworks, including risk management and mitigation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing quality and compliance strategies.
  • Proven ability to provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership teams.
